Our Client, a subsidiary to a global medical supply company, seeks to recruit a Plant Controller, Manager Sourcing to be responsible for the Finance and Sourcing function at its manufacturing plant.
Apart from managerial responsibility of a team of four people, your responsibility include financial records and reporting, financial advisory to the management team and colleagues, sourcing, annual operating planning and forecasting etc. You will have an important role in the organisation and be part of the management team.
You drive for results and demonstrate willingness to sometimes challenge status quo or traditional way of doing things. You are self motivated and structured with excellent social and managerial skills.
The position requires
5-10 years of progressive experience in cost and general accounting and finance - including a minimum of 2-4 years managerial experience in a manufacturing plant/manufacturing company within the financial function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
