We are looking for a senior sales executive with international experience and a strong track record in solutions-based sales and business development in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Your responsibility will be to develop sales strategy and approach, including distributor and partner network. Lead a team of regional Sales managers, Identifying and building strong relations with key opinion leaders, as well as lobbying decision makers to influence the development of new guidelines and reimbursement systems will be an essential part of the job.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an inspiring and encouraging leader, with at least ten years’ experience of international sales in the life science industry and a strong track record of generating new business. We expect you to act proactively and independently, both on a strategic and operational level, to influence key decision makers and opinion leaders, drive sales and ensure profitable growth. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently and methodically, as well as in cross functional teams will be key.
You will report to the CEO and be a member of the global management team. You will be based at the headquarter in Stockholm.
