We are looking for a CEO with experience and understanding of B2B sales in the industrial life cycle support or maintenance markets. The company has turnover of SEK 250 million and 110 employees in Sweden.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within an international organization, ideally from a multi-market industrial sales company, or having experience from a local entity of an international company.
We believe that experience of matrix structure is important. You will face complex and long external relations, and the ability to utilize the full width of the internal organization is imperative.
The right person is operational more than strategic in the day-to-day business. However, strategic planning will be done in close co-operation with the Business Unit.
