Following a period of organizational transformation and increased commercial focus, Integrum is now entering the next phase of growth.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer who can build the commercial platform that takes Integrum from an innovation-driven MedTech company to a scalable international growth business.
This is not a traditional VP Sales role.
This is a transformation role.
The opportunity
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will have global responsibility for Integrum's commercial organization and growth agenda.
You will lead the continued expansion in the United States, Europe and selected international markets while building a scalable commercial operating model for future growth.
You will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align strategy, execution and organizational capabilities.

Who you are
You are a commercially driven leader with experience from scaling international businesses and building high-performing teams.
You combine strategic thinking with operational execution and thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments where leadership means building together with the organization rather than managing from a distance.
Experience from MedTech or Life Sciences is highly relevant, but we are equally interested in leaders from adjacent industries with strong experience in:
Experience from the US market is considered highly valuable.

Location
The preferred location is Gothenburg, Sweden, with regular presence at Integrum's headquarters. For exceptional candidates, alternative locations in Europe or North America may be considered.
