Director-Strategic Alliances, Serstech, Lund

We are searching for for a Director Strategic Alliances on behalf of a small, but rapidly growing Tech-company in Lund. Serstech ( delivers solutions for chemical identification and has customers across the world. The current sales partner network is mainly focused on safety and security applications and we expect these applications to remain the primary focus for some time to come. You will be responsible for building the network of system integrators and OEM partners and secure a sustainable, long-term sales growth. This is a global role and the successful candidate is fluent in English and free to travel. 


The successful candidate for this role

  • Has a proven track record of at least three years of system sales and system integration partnerships
  • Has at least three years of experience in negotiating complex, win-win agreements with OEM partners and system integrators
  • Has a proven ability of creating and applying lifetime customer value and lifetime cost calculations in contract negotiations
  • Has at least 7-8 years of experience in a leading commercial role
  • Has a Master of Science degree
  • Is fluent in English, both spoken and written

In addition, we believe that the following is relevant for the position

  • Additional non-Scandinavian language skills are an advantage, since the scope of this role is Global
  • Some proficiency in the Swedish language is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Lives in Southern Sweden or Copenhagen area
