German speaking International Sales Manager to Med Tech company

This, research based, med tech company won the regional race “Sweden’s hottest technology companies” in 2014 and is now ready to  expand the business to Europe.

We are, therefore, searching for a business minded, experienced person, preferably from the med tech industry, that could build up a distributor network in the German speaking countries in Europe.

You should have experience from doing business with other countries, dealing directly with top echelon decision makers at distributor-level.

Key accountabilities include:

  • ·      Identify and develop a distributor network suitable for the company´s product portfolio in the targeted markets.
  • ·      Manage an assigned geographic sales area and/or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate      objectives.
  • ·      Perform sales activities on major account and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the CEO.
  • ·      Build a KAM team and manage personnel and develop sales- and sales support staff.
