We are looking for a key member of the Western Europe Finance team, dedicated to the Nordics & Baltics reporting the the WE DFO.
P&L Management: support GM and management team to achieve financial results, highlighting risks & opportunities and providing recommendation/ guidance for business to take appropriate business decision. Develop and produce regular reporting to update management on financial and business performance
Drive and lead Forecast & Budget processes at market, customer and product levels
Drive controllership excellence amongst the business team across the markets, educating them with new policies & procedures
Lead and drive the delivery of ad-hoc projects related to Pricing, Interchange, and New Business Model impacting the market
Build strong relationships with: DFO and WE Finance team, Country Manager and his management team, Account managers, Europe Finance team and GP&
Profile and experience:
University degree in Finance or related field
5-8 years of experience in Business and/or Finance discipline
Broad understanding and experience of the various areas of Finance in an international company
Strong business acumen and experience of working close to sales and business development
Team player, analytical, results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams, to liaise with senior management level and to provide training
