This is a challenging role for the right person. We are searching for a person with long and broad experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You should be an experienced leader of sales teams as well as having good insight in marketing issues such as launch- and commercialization planning. You will be responsible for sales- and marketing in the Nordic countries and for building a high performing team to support strong establishment and growth of a new product area.
Furthermore the role is responsible for effective sales resource allocation, team coaching and close cooperation with other key internal and external contributors. This deeply experienced sales- and marketing leader has a proven record of success in new ventures and will thrive in a changing environment.
Last but not least, this role needs a strong entrepreneurial thinking, combined with the experience and networking skills needed to succeed in a large organization.
The position is placed at the Nordic head office in Copenhagen, Denmark and you should reside in the Southern part of Sweden.
