We are seeking a hands-on dealmaker for a research-driven life sciences company looking to strengthen its business development alongside the CEO. The role focuses primarily on BD: identifying, negotiating, and advancing partnership and licensing agreements, as well as building relationships with prospective partners and investors.

Working closely alongside the CEO in daily operations, you take full operational ownership of the BD agenda. You likely have a proven track record of negotiating and closing licensing or partnership agreements within life sciences, navigate effortlessly between cutting-edge science and commercial reality, and are driven by getting deals over the finish line rather than purely shaping high-level strategy.
