Seeking an experienced CFO / Finance Director for an extended interim assignment in the Life Science sector.

Desired Background:

• Finance background from a manufacturing environment: recent, hands-on experience from a production facility (such as plant finance, operations controlling, or site finance director).
• Prior experience as a Finance Director / CFO or equivalent within a Swedish company.
• Proven experience leading finance teams covering accounting and controlling.
• Hands-on: experienced in working operationally, with the ability to prepare, review, and delve into financial closings, cost calculations, financial analysis, and reporting within a lean team.
• Experience working in a matrix organization, reporting to both a local General Manager and a global (US-based) functional lead.
