Create business growth through integrated solutions sales.
Acquire and develop knowledge of the market, customers and the methods required in order to achieve the goals of the unit.
Overall responisibility for sales; Account and KAM-teams based in Malmö and Stockholm covering Sweden with responsibility for the full customer life cycle.
Overall responsibility for solution design, technical solutions and business development.
Overall responsibility to secure delivery and management of integrated solutions.
Efficiency and On Site Generation including coordination of entrepreneurs, project management and HSE responsibility.
You need to have:
- a University degree (MSc or MBA (in Business Administration, Marketing or Management) or equivalent.
- significant commercial negotiation experience
- several years of leadership and change management experience.
- experience from complex technical B2B sales
