Solution Architect within BSS (Business Support Systems, mediation, charging, billling, settlement)
| Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: | Engage closely with a customer to design & develop solution to fulfill customer needs by understanding the customer challenges and architectures, and turning that into NSN solution.
Provide technical design of innovative customer solutions in line with customer requirements.
Fully responsible for customer solution design in sales and delivery phase, assumes the technical leadership on a customer project |
Reguirements:
1. 5-8 years in the Telecom IT businesses
2. Wide knowledge in BSS domain (especially in the areas of convergence charging/billing, settlement, convergent mediation and customer care)
3. Experience of BSS systems design and technical management and ability to craft end-to-end BSS solutions
4. Knowledge of Telecom/IT architecture, procedures and methods
5. Experience with call flows and IN technologies
6. Strong pre-sales and delivery experience in the area of BSS and Systems Integration
7. Ability to work with both technical and management layers in customers
8. Experience in conducting technical reviews of multi-vendor, multi-technology bids and projects
9. Team player, able to work with cross country, and cross organizational team
10. Able to travel
