Our customer Huawei Technologies Sweden AB is looking for a very experienced manager for the expanding organization System Management Radio Base Stations in Gothenburg.

You will be heading a technically extremely skilled group of people responsible for managing customer- and other requirements and defining new products. You will be placed at the centre of activities, entailing a high level of interaction internationally.

You and your organization will lead the pre-studies and pre-development of Radio Base Stations and be responsible for the competitiveness of the architecture and platforms including cost/performance evaluations.

You will be located in Gothenburg and report directly to Head of Huawei Technologies Sweden AB who is located in Kista.

To be successful in this role you need to have a minimum of 15 years of experience from the wireless- and Telecom-business. A thorough understanding of mobile access standards of today and tomorrow, management experience and experience from system design or alike are absolute requirements.
